I live in a fantastic street. Very quiet neighborhood. The house is very open, fully air-conditioned and tiled throughout with a pool at your disposal.
We have a very relaxed atmosphere with 2 lounge rooms. Enough space to chill or study in your own space if this is what you like.
If you rely on a bus, the pickup point is a 2 minute walk.
You are free to use everything in the house, Smart TV has Stan and nearly every other channel you need. Kitchen has everything coffee machine, blenders, compact oven.
The house is yours to enjoy and everyone needs to feel comfortable in their space and surrounds.

G'day everyone.
I have a nice house in a nice part of town. 5 bedrooms 1 for me and 1 for a home office. I am self employed very laid back, easy to get along with and enjoy a chat over a beer. I do go away allot so you will have the place to yourself at these times. I don't sit around much, Being outdoors is my thing, camping, Jet ski, hiking and Yoga or a bike ride. It will help if you like pets as I have a blue Staffy. ( bloody princess) when i am away it would be great if you coukd feed and walk him. You will share the bathroom with 1 other (female) as I have 3 rooms.
I like to keep the house tidy and clean. For me it is not about the price of the room, its about having the right person stay in the house. You will need to have a happy demeanour and not be a lazy lounge lizard. You will be a part of the house hold and the neighbourhood.
I have established some awesome friends through sharing this house. You can be the next. Can give references from past housemates if you require.
