We also allow the tenants access to the secure shed to store bikes and other personal gear. The current group of three tenants (one boy, two girls) are very sociable and get on well.

It is a nice, clean house. Decent TV and internet works about as well as you can expect for Cairns. Clean modern kitchen, I just put in a new oven and stove. All bedrooms are air conditioned. It is the main bedroom (4 x 4.2m with built ins) I am looking to rent out, I am quite happy in the other one. The room is freshly painted, will easily fit a queen bed in it and there is a full wall of built in wardrobes to fit stuff in. At the moment I don't have netflicks but if it was a deal breaker then it could be arranged, I wouldn't use it enough to justify it for just me. Again if the internet plan needed to be upgraded we could work something out. It is in Earlville, walking distance to Stocklands (Gym, cinema and shops) and the Barr St Markets.

Fully Furnished with Queen size bed which has a NEW MATTRESS, Built ins, heaps of draws, desk and chair, TV and DV player. Also has air con, ceiling fan, full length mirror with towel racks in room to rent. TV's are connected to a main antenna. Heaps of fans throughout the townhouse and the townhouse is fully screened. It is a very quite complex with large swimming pool. There is only one other person who will reside there and that is me. No queues for the bathroom, kitchen or laundry. The back patio has two large umbrellas for shade with a barbeque, chairs and table with another sitting area with chairs. Privacy with plenty of room to smoke in and for a pet to roam. I have a small dog on the premises which is very friendly that weighs about 4 kilos and loves to lick. Tinky gets along with all animals because of her timid nature. There will be a bond of two weeks rent and one week's rent must be paid in advance. The stay must be no shorter than three months. You must be employed. It is a real gem.
