My name is Mariana and I have a fully furnished double room in my 5BR house in Cairns (CityView, Mooroobool) that you may be interested in. It’s 8-12 minutes to the CBD by car. It’s very modern, well appointed, and has breathtaking views over Cairns and the ocean. Utilities (water, power, gas, WiFi) and some linen are INCLUDED. Parking on street in a quiet cul-de-sac. $300 per week.

Your potential room is generous in space and has AC, overhead fan, keyed privacy lock, security screens and BIR. It also has a reading desk + chair, bookshelf, tall boy and reading nook. Have a look at the pictures in my ad.

We all get on like a house on fire, are quiet and respectful, and keep a very tidy house and yard. No parties, but we do like movie nights and sometimes eat meals together.

You’d be sharing a living, dining, kitchen, laundry, balcony, patio, sitting room and a bathroom with two other tenants, so would like to find someone that’s tidy, cleans up after their self and doesn’t mind sharing the cleaning duties for communal areas and mowing the lawn.
