This house has lots of character which means it's really old, a bit small and falling down a bit but still comfortable and relaxed. The bathroom is a nightmare with tiles missing but everything still works. We're in a cul-de-sac with a park across the road so it's nice and quiet and the neighbours are great and we look out for each other. We're close to buses and 2 train stations (Canterbury or Bardwell Park) and a short trip to either Coles or Woolworths and the little village of Earlwood.
A beautiful two bedroom 2 bathroom new rental for myself and one other person in the heart of Earlwood is on offer-I am currently living in the suburb across and have just had my townhouse sold. The main part of the house consists of polished floorboards throughout the home, two air conditioning units Inside the house, built in wardrobes in both bedrooms that are of a considerable size. The main living area has ornate stained glass windows and a closed-in fireplace with built in storage attached to the wall. The kitchen/dining area is open plan with gas cooking and considerable bench space. There is an additional multifunction room beyond the kitchen, that can be used as a second living area/chill out space that serve as a second lounge/dining area that I see enclosed with glass doors leading onto the small porch and granny flat external. There is a granny flat outside the main part of the house which includes a bathroom/laundry that is attached to the Granny flat. There are two parking spaces at the front but I have a car so there is space for an additional small car, and further on street parking. There is a small storage garage at the side of the house but can't fit a car into the space. The locality is excellent and nearby to small shops and cafes along Thompson St in Earlwood. It's close to Coles supermarket in Earlwood City and buses to the city and surrounding suburbs along Thompson St.
Tempe/Earlwood border - my commute into the city is a dream. Tempe station is 10-12 mins walk away. 15 mins on the train to Town Hall. Lots of parking at the station if you prefer to drive (or sleep in:) We are on the intersection of Tempe and Earlwood and amongst parks and open spaces. It feels "out of the city" despite being so close via the train line. Townhouse set in a small block of 5 townhouses. We have heating and air conditioning. Close to the airport but not under the regular flight path - bonus!

Amazing view of cooks river, the back garden is the edge of the river, amazing leafy outlook with lots of nature, very relaxing. The house is modern and very big but i run a construction business from here so i dont want to fill the whole house with people. Lovely timber floors, amazing kitchen with european appliances and induction cooktop. Relaxing deck at the back of the house. There are ceiling fans but no aircon, however its very cool on the edge of the river on hot days The room has an ensuite which is very modern, there is a queen size bed in the room already but this can be moved, the room is at the front of the house away from living areas so is very quiet. I have 2 jack russel terriers that stay with me for 5-7 days every 2 weeks, they are very friendly and dont bark much, however its important to me that you like dogs or animals.
