This is a quirky, shitty old fibro house which has been updated to be a normal functioning house. It has a reverse cycle air con and get lots of nice breeze. It is on a block which is at least 100m long, it is like 4 blocks of land with the house half way up the hill. As a result it has amazing views off the front balcony. The whole house is a little shabby but the owners will be putting on a brand new roof in the next few weeks so it will look a lot nicer. There is a double garage too down on street level. There is a functional active veggie garden currently growing chilli. Plenty more space for spring crops. The Lounge is set up as a music listening room and sounds fantastic but don't expect to sneak a tv in the lounge because it is BANNED. TV is BANNED in the lounge room, deal with it. The lounge has an Air Con. All 3 bed rooms are rough, mostly because the floors are bowed and not very flat. But they are all the same size and fit a queen bed and a desk. One of them has a built in robe. It is about 7mins easy walk to Turrella Train Station and about 10mins walk to Buses on Homer St. The photos I have included here are a mix of old and new, the leaving housemate (Thank God) lives in complete squalor and it is not a selling point so I haven't included pics of the room in its current state, so until he moves out the place will be messy. There is a room below the balcony which could be used for an art studio, it has power, a heater and a sink and has been used as an art studio before. I currently use 2 of the 3 bedrooms but I am open to swapping rooms and also potentially renting the 3rd room out so we all save some money.
