• Approx. $260/week (will reduce when a third person joins)
Rent is negotiable based on occupancy. Couples welcome (adjusted rent accordingly).
Bond and utilities split fairly. Rent paid fortnightly.
The 4th room would be kept as a study or storage, perhaps even for an overnight visitor.
