Decent sized (3.4 x 3.7m) unfurnished single room - $220/wk + share of bills. Room is larger than photos would suggest, previous housemates have had a combined bedroom and home-office set-up.
House is spacious, with large kitchen, two bathrooms and a bath. Internet is recently upgraded FTTP NBN, excellent for working from home.
Back yard and veggie garden are shared with our neighbour in the granny flat. The back veranda is a communal chill out space with bbq. We also have a communal washing machine, dryer and two washing lines to avoid fighting for drying space.
The house is well-serviced by public transport, with multiple city-bound bus routes, and within walking distance to Canterbury and Bardwell Park train stations.

We’re a quiet bunch who are respectful of each other's space and privacy. You ideally are likewise a fairly chilled person, who is used to sharehousing, respectful of space and cleans up after yourself. Other creative types are welcome! No bigots, transphobes or right-wing douchebags.
