If cafés and restaurants are your thing, there are plenty near by. There is also a bike track nearby which would take you straight into the city. The bus stop on Stanley St is a minute walk. Bus stops are also very close, less that 300 meters. You will be sharing the house with four other house mates, currently 2 females and 1 male, all are studying at QUT. One house-mate is from Germany, one from the Czech Republic, the other is from Singapore but is now based in Australia. We have got Netflix and a really comfy sofa that asks for long naps! We are planning to do something cool in the backyard as there is plenty of space and summer asks for it!
