This cute little unit complex is close to Woolloogabba stadium and cafes. 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom, so not over crowded in anyway. The room has a spacious wardrobe and 2 windows to the room allowing an abundant of natural light (and roll down blinds to block it out). Under one of the windows is another storage area that is a window seat. The fridge only shared with me , so you have ample space :) *great for meal prep! The property has a courtyard for added comfort. The courtyard has a little clothes line and a clothes horse as well as a gate to exit the property through. Two bins are provided by the council; recycle and waste. I like to clean the waste bin every now and then after collection to prevent maggots. I do not smoke but don't mind if you do. You are welcome to smoke, however the use on an ash tray would be appreciated :) I have listed the largest room for rent which includes electricty and gas bills.
