We really look after the house cleaning, you will feel like your real home. We have a nice schedule for cleaning. We are all really friendly, we love a long talking on the balcony and rather spend time doing something in home than heading to the clubs. Hi, I’m renting a room for couple or individual in a new building. The apartment will be just to share with me and it has 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets. You will have the master bedroom with ensuite and river views. Its all furnished and all the furniture is brand new. The apartment has a beautiful light and airy dining room with amazing views to the Brisbane River. The apartment is tidy, clean and it has a a nice balcony. You also will have the chance to park your car in a private car park inside of the building. The building has in top level a nice bbq area with nice views to the river and city. This place is a good if you don’t want to share a space with too many house mates. It’s very close to the city - you can walk here through kangaroo point or catch a 10 minute bus or ferry. The only rules in the apartment is keep the space clean, and tidy and be respetful.

Have a room up for grabs on Burlington street east brisbane :) The location is pretty on point with the house having some bus stops located near by and just generally being pretty close to the valley and city in general. In total there are 5 rooms available which come in all shapes, sizes and prices. All rooms will be fully furnished with double – queen size beds, linen, wardrobes, desks and chairs. The rest of the house will also be completely decked out with everything you need to move in and get busy living straight away. Room price is $130 in the upstairs pad and that includes all bills – those being power, water, gas and internet. Speaking of internet unlimited cable internet will be connected to the house so speed or downloads will never be an issue. Looking for room mates who know how to be clean and are already in a habit of washing up their dishes straight away, and just keeping a house tidy in general. Obviously paying rent on time every time is a non negotiable. Bonus points for those who are drama free, friendly peoples.
