We have a big backyard for the dogs to run around in (they also come inside and are very well bahaved) and a lovely sunny deck out the front to drink your morning coffee on. There are 3 spare rooms but we are only going to fill 2. 2 of them are upstairs and are a standard queenslander bedroom with built ins and aircon. The other is downstairs and is a huge room with your own toilet and space for bed, desk and couches. There is unlimited internet for $15/mth and power is split evenly. There is a grocery store and other various shops right across the road too. The room is quite big, its unfurnished apart from an old cupboard that came with the place... so you'll need to have a bed.
