It's a great place to live while you complete your studies or intern-ship in Australia. It's a mixed gender house and you'll be sharing with four other house mates, currently 3 males and 1 female. The house mates are from Denmark, Germany, Norway and Singapore all full time students at QUT and Griffith. Hey guys! Two of the rooms are going to be free in our East Bris sharehouse, one on the 24th and the other on the 28th. The house is a 5 bedroom place on Burlington Street, and it comes completely furnished with everything you could need (bed, desk, sheets, fan etc.). The rooms that are going to be available are upstairs and big enough to comfortably fit any extra furniture you might want to bring. The backyard is enormous and there's plenty of off street parking, there's a washing machine downstairs, kitchen comes with everything you'd need etc. The rooms are $145/week for the smaller one available on the 28th, and $155 for the bigger one that even has it's own little balcony, which is available on the 24th. Bond is 4 weeks rent so $580 for the small and $620 for the bigger one, but can do 2 weeks bond at the start and then the other 2 down the track if you don't have all 4 on you straight up!
