One room will soon be available in our fantastic 4-bedroom share house, and we’re on the lookout for a great new housemate!

The house is in a prime location - just a 12-minute scooter ride to the city and the Valley. Otherwise, it’s a just short walk to a major bus interchange, train station, and the South City Square shopping complex.

Spread across two levels, the house features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, high ceilings, two separate living rooms, a balcony, a backyard, and plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Built only 10 years ago, the home has a clean, modern feel throughout. All bedrooms and living areas are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning, with individual room control.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with just one other person, and it’s professionally cleaned every fortnight.

Rent includes high-speed internet and fortnightly cleaning. Electricity is the only additional bill and is split evenly between housemates.

The room is unfurnished, but a queen mattress can be provided if needed.

We’re a friendly household - occasionally we enjoy grabbing burgers/drinks on the weekend, but we also respect the need for personal space and independence. We can't wait to meet the newest member of our house!
