You can access WIFI internet everywhere on the property which is free and included in your rent. This is an excellent place to live, to meet like minded people, network and socialise or just relax. We have a bus stop right at the front gate to take you into the City or Southbank and there is a ferry stop at Mowbray Park just across the road. Hey! I am advertising my room for my great housemates as after a great year and half in this place, I unfortunately need to move. Fully furnished 3 bedroom house in East Brisbane. It's a great spot 700m from Coopraroo train station, 2 coffee shops across the road, Woolies 4 mins drive, Dan Murphy like 3 min drive AND a pub on the street the corner. Currently we collectively pay $60/month for electricity and just got our first quarterly bill which was only $55/person. It's structured this way to avoid being hit with a big quarterly bill so it works really well. Including the $20 monthly internet contribution, netflix, unlimited internet, fortnightly cleaner and lawn maintenance all get split evenly which comes to arooound $24/week per person. We're looking for someone easy going, likes to have a few drinks and dinner together sometimes but mostly happy to do their own thing. Definitely someone clean and tidy and happy to do their bit around the house.
