No more arguing whose turn it is to buy nor clean! The house is close to the city and the valley. Public transport abounds— via Southbank or the Story Bridge by bus (e.g. 232, 227, 235, 230...); or via the river by paid or free ferry; and it wont cost you a leg to Über for a night out! If you forgot a thing or two on your grocery, IGA is only two houses away. Close by are local restaurants, Coles, Woolworths, Westfield, cinemas and pubs. You can walk to parks, the river, Kangaroo Point cliffs, and Howard Smith Wharf too.
