The study has a desk and printer. The house is situated in a beautiful quiet and leafy location, aprox 2km from Eltham town center with all its fantastic cafes/bars, bike paths and sporting facilities along with the train station and a whole pile of shops and supermarkets A very safe and friendly community to live in The house is kept super clean and neat so any prospective flatmate must be willing to spend a couple of hours a month cleaning (vaccuming & mopping etc). Obviously you can do what you like in your own room but all the communal areas we like to keep neat and tidy at all times. Messy housemates need not apply! ;) No pets (sorry) we have lots of native birds and possums in the yard it would be an ideal hunting ground for domestic animals with the natives coming off second best. There's bus stops a plenty and a few good cafes around.
