A nice spacious house, with a great lounge area plus a large garden for when you want to invite people over. The house is located just around the corner from a bus stop and the train station. Plus your supermarkets and pubs/bars are just down the road from us aswell. we have a fire pit in the garden for those chilly nights, a pool table in the front room, air conditioning throughout the house and some gym equipment (pull up bar and some weights) available if you wanted to use them. The monthly rent is $681 and the upfront bond is 950.

Sharing with 1 female at the moment. The House has been recently renovated, so is in tip top shape. Beautifully finished and stylish, yet simple. There's a log burner in the lounge/diner area that is lovely to sit by on a cold rainy day. The bedroom available is right next to the toilet and bathroom (seperate rooms, yay!) which you'll have to yourself. There is the potential a third person could be accommodated and then you'd have to share but only with one other person and hence, the benefit of the toilet and bathroom being seperate. Wood floors all the way through the house. Specifically allocated areas for the lounge and dining are very large and spacious. There's plenty of storage space in the kitchen which is very efficient, well laid out and comfortable to use. The washer is hidden out of sight just by the back door which is convenient as there is a washing line outside. The backyard is a large space with a great big grassy area as well as the large cement patio out the back. It gets lots of sun during the day and can be really lovely to sit in. Conveniently located near a main street which has a Foodworks for all your essentials, a post office, newsagents, some really lovely cafe`s and a burger joint. The train station is just down the other end of that street. Not far from the house is Greensborough Plaza (only a 5 min drive) and Doncaster Shoppingtown is 20 mins in mediocre traffic. The room comfortably fits a double bed, two bedside tables and reasonably sized desk and chair. There's plenty of storage, wardrobe comes fitted with racks, shelves and draws. Big window which lets in a lot of light, covered in sheers and blockout curtains for when needed. Easy access to the bathroom and toilet for late night trips. A nice neutral colour for your decorating fun.
