Heya guys. I'm looking for someone to replace me on the lease for this fantastic property (lease finishing mid december, renewal is a definite possibility if you like the house ❤️) as I'll be moving in with my partner. The house is fully air conditioned, is in a gated estate (super quiet and secure), only 5 minutes walk to the nearest train station and is a ten minute walk to the nearest supermarket (a really big coles, I'm gonna miss it heaps). I'm an avid walker and have found a lot of lovely reserves within about 20 minutes walk from the house too (Banks Street Reserve is the biggest and loveliest!) There is also an indoor cat who live here who is very quiet and shy and usually keeps to one room in the house (owners bedroom). Furnishing for the bedroom is up to you. I have a double bed that I would be more than happy to sell that is unused and is in the garage space downstairs (I sleep on a futon, not a bed), as well as two bedside tables that match the bed. Alternatively the space can come completely unfurnished ❤️

Hey there home hunters, This lovely room has become available in my house. High ceilings, polished wooden floors, shared bathroom with one 26 year old female (me). The house is mostly/fully furnished (with room for some additions should you have them), except your room with which you can do what you like. The bedroom is medium to large in size, currently fitting a queen bed, chest of drawers and way too many clothes... with space left over for those all important activities. The house has a sunroom, lounge room and a great deck out the back so there is no shortage of comfortable living areas (all of these are decked out with dream worthy flora). Our kitchen has an amazing view of the greenest backyard ever, a walk-in pantry and dishwasher. Toilet and bathroom are seperate and the shower has instant hot water (and the best shower head ever) for the cooler months. There is ample built in storage space in the bathroom as well. The house is a short 2min (450m) walk from Ashgrove Shopping center which has a Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Chemist Warehouse, green grocer, butcher, BWS etc etc etc. The 61/City Glider also stops at these shops. Looking for someone to take over my lease around July/August. I would be accepting to a range of time, depending on your needs.
