Ive just moved in to this brand new build...... there's 2 apartments in the building, one on each floor and a large grassed yard is exclusive to our unit too. No pets though sorry. air con in each room. the massive bathroom will be shared by the second and third flatmates. at least half the kitchen and walk in pantry are available for flatmates. The third bed is a sofa bed but near new and really comfortable. I have 5* ratings for it on Airbnb. a park is only a few steps away. make contact and check the place out!
It's so easy and comfortable. The back deck is the perfect spot for morning breakie or a later sunday arvo drink session. We love a good pork roast on the occasional sunday and also love to get our hands dirty fixing the yard up. The tv has netflix and stan, and then be prepared for some GOT come april! No aircon, but every room has a ceiling fans. Theres a great view from the back deck and we're also just a short walk from blackwood street cafes and precinct.
