The apartment is about a year old and we are the first original tenant's in the whole complex, it's a great area with Coles in a 10 minute walking range or basically a 2 minute drive down the road. The neighbors are also good & we never really ever see anyone or have any problems with other residents in the Complex. The Train station is also walking distance but don't be alarmed not close enough to hear it or to notice its only down the road (Trust me, we thought the exact same thing) A/C in the lounge room that also cools down the kitchen and at times the 3rd bedroom when everything is shut up but there is a ceiling fan and a big enough window to allow air to be circulated.
