The unit is 3 stories - bottom level is a double lock up garage with electric roller door (we only have one car, so one space is for you!), a small backyard with washing line and large water tank, and storage under the stairs. Middle level is separate lounge and dining, kitchen (electric oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher), and combined laundry/single toilet. There is also a large balcony off the middle level. Top level has 3 bedrooms. As the master bedroom (our bedroom) has an ensuite, you would have your own bathroom (shower and toilet) to yourself. The entire house is furnished, except your bedroom. This is such a great place with a spacious 3m x 3m room with an inbuilt wardrobe. The house is fully furnished and includes all your cooking needs as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Only thing you will need is your bedroom furniture. The rent includes unlimited internet and the electricity is approximately $140-$150 a quarter. Buses run into the city and through to UQ every 30 mins and more-so during peak hour. The house also has plenty of storage space underneath.
