The house is located in fairly short walking distance (2mins) to 58 tram stop (that goes down to CBD), IGA, Fitness first, McDonalds, KFC and all other Italian takeaway pizzas on Keilor Rd. The suburb itself is on the quite side and has more of family vibe and yet quite close to the city. The room is quite spacious which currently has a queen bed (the mattress is quite new and has been always used in water protector cover), a desk and a built-in wardrobe. Having said that, if you are welcome to bring your own furnitures. At present, I am looking to put one bookshelf soon.

Valley Lakes, why look elsewhere!? If you're unfamiliar with the area, we're a minutes drive to the Tullamarine FWY, Calder HWY and the Western Ring Road (M80). You've also the ease of access to PT (Public Transport) with Essendon Station not 5min drive away and even less time to Keilor Rd on the 59 tram to the heart of the CBD. We're a quick 10min drive to Tullamarine Airport so if you're an Air Hostie you've got things fairly sweet. We're equally very close to both Keilor Rd and Milleara Shopping Centres, so we've a range of choice when shopping for the weekly feed.
