This great little unit in Richardson St in Essendon has everything you could ask for! This place is close to everything including restaurants, cafe's and shopping centres. Really easy to get everywhere with a tram stop right around the corner and just a two minute tram ride to the train station. Commute into the city is only 15 mins on the train. Inside, the unit itself is very modern and clean as it has only been recently built (we are the first tenants). You would get your own bedroom with a spacious sliding wardrobe, as well as your own bathroom (separate to the bedroom). There is also a single car garage space, giving you security to keep your car locked up overnight. The unit is located just across from a park where there is also plenty of free parking spaces. If you're working in the city and would only like a short commute, but would like to still be close to everything then this is the perfect place for you!
You will share the main kitchen with four other people and the bathroom is shared by three people. The house is really big and yes there is 6 of us living under one roof. Rest assured you will get your space. The bedroom you will be be hibernating in is of a reasonable size. You can fit a double bed, drawer and a make shift wardrobe. Its one of the smallest rooms in the houses but it is very affordable. Parties - Sorry we dont do that. While we like to have the occassional drink and have friends over, its not a place for parties, more chill and drink space. Animals - cats are fine (must be desexed-treated fleas-housetrained) any other animal no.... You will get the use of kitchen, main lounge and dining area. We have a back and side deck which has been great in the summer days. Garden areas are beaut with rose bushes and fruit trees. Main lounge has a big tv that is used mainly for video games, odd occassion there will be a movie night. It has been a victim of Mario Karts lately. I have been tempted to get foxtel for the sports, since rugby and Volley ball is seasonal dont really see the value in foxtel. AFL is not a sport.... Back deck is slowly coming along with outdoor furniture, we do have a BBQ which was used recently, it is a great area for a small bunch of friends and family to visit. Main Kitchen has all its gadgets. Fridge belongs to one of the housemates but is huge!!!! If you have one we do have room under the house to store it.

My partner and I have two rooms available in our fully furnished home . The rooms available are similar size, large rooms with built in robes. They both contain a queen size bed, a mattress, side tables and lamps. One also had a flat screen tv in it :) It is a three bedroom house and you will be sharing a bathroom with another person. We have an open living area that is fully furnished with televisions in both dining and the lounge area,a dining table and a large lounge suite. The main television is a smart tv, and therefore has access to Netflix, Stan etc. We also have Foxtel - Entertainment and Sports Package. There is ducted heating and a reverse cycle air conditioner. The kitchen is fully contained, it has three fridges, a walk in pantry, microwave, gas stove top and conventional oven. The laundry is equipped with a two large washing machines, and a number of drying racks. There is a small courtyard with clothes line. There is a bus stop on Buckley street, which is just a short walk away. We have one cat and one dog, both very friendly.
