Very big house with huge garden, tram is two mins walk, car park is available. There is a very nice leaving room with wooden stove! Area is very quiet but the busy road with cafe and shop is only two bloks away! Every room is very spacious, you need to come and check it!!

The best thing about this place is the self sufficiency of each floor. We are all pretty laid back, enjoy the footy most weekends. Ideally the person who moves in would also be working full time, laid back and enjoy sharing a drink and laugh with their house mates from time to time. The house has 3 bathrooms (one of which is an ensuite in an occupied bedroom) and large common living area. We have a cleaner that comes fortnightly, Foxtel and WIFI which along with other utilities are shared equally between us.
