I am moving out and hence am trying to find myself a replacement in this three bedroom townhouse in Moonee Ponds. House is pretty homely, 2 toilets, one shower and an open kitchen, dining and lounge. There is a carport around the back of the house or plenty of parking on the street. The house is furnished. The room probably wouldn't suit someone who wanted a desk unless you had a single bed. At present there is a queen bed and wardrobe in there which fit but with minimal extra space. Very nice neighbourhood, 2 minute walk to a bus stop or 15 minute walk to Moonee Ponds train station. Bills and internet are split equally. Internet is $50 per month shared amongst 3 people. Rent is $753 per month per person and bond is $835. Move in date is 25th March, however it can be sooner if required. At present there is one 26 year old male who works full time Monday to Friday and plays cricket on the weekend as well as a 24 year old who is studying at uni and works regularly including weekends.
