It's close proximity to several train stations and shops makes it ideal. It is also close enough to the city to be convenient, while out of the hustle-and-bustle of the inner city. I love living here and it's great getting to know your neighbours and the area in general. The property has a decent backyard, i have a slate pool table downstairs in the entertaining area that also features a bar and another kitchen (which may be utilised if interested). I have an awesome friendly dog which everyone loves. The lounge area has an A.C. unit. It's very close to a small lot of corner shops for those times where you want fish and chips or you need to pop down and grab an ingredient you forgot. I also have Foxtel, however this is reserved during Fremantle (AFL) games, or during Supercars race weekends ;)

Ample yard, no fences so dogs, cows and llamas are unfortunately not allowed…i am also allergic to cats. Birds, fish and other pets will be happily considered!
