The bedroom for rent has air-conditioning and is empty. The rest of the entire house is furnished. There are two living areas and a dining area. The entire downstairs is living/kitchen/laundry, and upstairs are all the bedrooms and bathrooms. It's a massive space and my housemate and I live a very chilled, laidback and relaxed lifestyle here. There is a reasonably large kitchen, with all kitchen equipment provided. The house has a master and ensuite (which I am in), plus a main bathroom (which would be yours to use and clean, sharing with 1 other tidy female). It also has 3 toilets, and indoor laundry. There is a large garden, and a vege patch. I also have a cat, Frankie, that is an indoor/outdoor cat, and very friendly! Once inside, my place feels like a treetop retreat - my deck looks out over a leafy backyard and is built on the side of a hill. Lots of birds (and occasional possums). My house is two storey and there's plenty of room. Upstairs has Aircon, and downstairs keeps pretty cool anyway. the space for rent is downstairs, it has a large bedroom with walk in storage space, own toilet and shower, and large living area, with separate entrance.
