Hey guys! I own a comfortable and relaxed post war house in keperra! Big kitchen and 2 outdoor entertaining areas with pleanty of greenery around! Block out curtains and aircon in the bedroom. No builtins but a large cupboard, chest of draws and a double bed available if needed! Heaps of shops, cafes and parks nearby. 400m from the Groverly train station. Come check it out! No real rules.. I'm a shift worker and sleep during the day sometimes so would be looking for someone who is happy to be respectful of that lifestyle. And Just to respect my property and belongings! All communal groceries, Netflix and gardening matinence is just an extra $15 bringing it up to $160 a week :) I am open to having a dog (sorry no cats), But would like it to be an outside dog if it’s a big one, the yard is dog proof!
