Male or female.The house is actually five bedrooms, I'm not keen on having more than four people in the house as I feel it would be a bit over crowded as such I'm not currently considering couples. There is plenty of room for storage in the house, is two storey and has a front and back balcony. Two of the bedrooms are pretty large, the other is average sized. House is in a good state – the floors no longer have carpet and are currently being sanded and polished (23rd-27th July). Move in date will be 5th of August however can discuss if you need to move in earlier/later – am happy to accommodate your movements so long as they are reasonable. The house is conveniently located 2 minutes walk from a bus stop heading into the city. Only 2 minutes drive from The Gap Village with a Coles and an Aldi. Ample yard, no fences so dogs, cows and llamas are unfortunately not allowed…i am also allergic to cats. Birds, fish and other pets will be happily considered! I am open to a well behaved dog joining us at the property (any size), I've had a dog before (golden retriever) who was super relaxed so something similar would be ideal, I'd need to meet him/her before hand. The property is fully fenced. It's a home, not just a house so naturally is 100% drug and smoke free with no wild weekend parties taking place. House will be shared between (hopefully) 3 girls, the one who is still staying is named Sarah and who works full time. The second housemate is moving toward the end of the lease (October 6) so two rooms will become available. There is a pet chihuahua named bella - basically sleeps all day and wont annoy you! Sarah loves to be social, have a glass of wine - or 2 and loves pot luck dinners. She does however stay away at work or partners house on weekends! There is a long lap pool and bbq area which is great for summer, quiet neighbours and a nice all round property. Realestate are easy to contact if there are any issues and usually quite prompt in their response. Two rooms available come with built in robes and room big enough for a queen bed and set of drawers. The bathroom and toilet is shared for these two rooms. There’s a small yard which sarah cuts for the dog and the two rooms will also have access to the 2 car spots at the premesis.

The house is nice and quiet with a large balcony and a beautiful view. There is only two people upstairs and one other who lives down stairs. All fairly busy so you will get plenty of time to yourself. The other two roomates are easy going guys, who work Monday to Friday.
