The room has a queen size bed, 2 bedside tables, television and plenty of wardrobe space. Share bathroom but it has a powder room which is seperate to the shower and toilet. The rest of the house is fully equipped, modern and clean. It would be ideal for a worker who commutes interstate for work and just needs somewhere fully furnished with everything you need Mon- Fri. This is my preference. If I did however find someone that I got along with well, I would possibly be open to a weekend stay ( rent would be $260 including bills) . I'm a friendly 34 year old public servant. I go to the gym, play netball and like to cook. Love being outside in the sunshine! The bedroom available is a standard sized room that comfortably fits a double bed. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and is carpeted. We are in a one storey, four-bedroom townhouse with one bathroom (one separate toilet), two space garage, living and dining area, modern kitchen, laundry, ample living room with a study nook.
