A comfortable bedroom with shared bathroom is available in a three-storey townhouse, conveniently located within walking distance to tram station, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, and scenic nature walks.

Location:
Just minutes’ drive to the Federal Highway, Tuggeranong Parkway, and Majura Parkway. Only 15 minutes to the airport, and close to the Green Shed and warehouses in Mitchell. It’s also a 10-minute bike ride to EPIC Showgrounds.

Space:
The house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a shared kitchen and living room. There’s ample storage, and street parking right outside the house.

The room is unfurnished, but a single bed frame and side table can be provided upon request. The house is fully equipped with essential supplies and all necessary appliances.

Housemates:
Haider (M31) works at the hospital full time. In free time you could catch him watching tv in the lounge, or cooking. Also likes mountain biking, gym, music gigs, beach trips and travelling.

Takuma (M29) works in hospitality and is pursuing a career in real state. He likes listening to music, going to gym and is keen to exchange language and music with housemates.
