Trams go every 15 minutes and it takes 20 minutes to get into the centre of the city. There are lots of parks, sports fields and green spaces in walking distance and the famous Mulligans's Flat Woodland Sanctuary is a 7 minute drive away. Gungahlin town centre is only 3km away and has everything you could ever need (Woolworths, Coles, Big W, ALDI, petrol station, Bunnings, Vinnies, Kmart, library, gyms, a pool, pubs, restaurants, cafes etc..)
