The living area is furnished and the kitchen is large and has gas cooking. The house comes with access to Netflix, a piano, and a great selection of board games. Herbs grow in the backyard. We share gas and electricity bills, and each pay $27 a month for internet (high speed NBN). The area: Peaceful and close to stuff. Crace is a 15 minute drive to the city or Belconnen (although a bit more in peak hour) and a 5 minute one to Gungahlin. The Crace Supabarn is 5 minutes by foot, and there's a lovely walking track around the whole suburb that's a block away from the house.
