It is just 1-2 min walk to light rail on Flemington Road. 15-20 minute by light rail to city and ANU, 3 minute to Gungahlin shopping centre (CIT, Coles, Woolworths, Target, Kmart, Big W, Aldi and restaurants, Bunnings, fast foods). Light rail comes every 5 minutes during peak hours.

Room is furnished with single or king single bed but can provide king single or double bed, desk, wardrobe, bedside table, chair and shelves.

The room share bathroom with 2 others.

Unlimited internet included in rent. Other bills are shared.

Air conditioning/heating to all bedrooms and living area.
