We are looking for a working professional or student who is respectful, tidy, and values a peaceful living environment. You will be sharing house with two other housemates.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:

A 3 bedroom fully furnished house with 2 bathrooms. We have a shared kitchen and laundry, which are fully equipped. It is more like a family house with clean, quiet and vibrant vibes. Saying that, there is a spacious lounge area with a TV and a beautiful balcony, that can be used for occasional get together and BBQs.

Apartment has easy access to public transport, shops, and essentials. Tram station is right outside the building and shops/essentials are across the road, which is about 3 minutes walking max. If you like to keep it fit, there is a gym in the building as well.

ABOUT THE ROOM:

A fully furnished separate room with wardrobes and an occasionally shared bathroom is available (separate use of bathroom can be discussed as well). The room has a big window with a beautiful view of mountains.

Weekly rent for the room is $220 excluding electricity, gas and water bills. A high speed 5G NBN is available at $25 per month extra.

ABOUT THE ENSUITE:

A fully furnished separate ensuite room available. The room has a balcony with a beautiful view of mountains, where you can sit and relax after a busy day or on a nice sunny day off.

Weekly rent for the ensuite room is $270 excluding electricity, gas and water bills. A high speed 5G NBN is available at $25 per month extra.

RULES OF THE HOUSE WHICH WE ALL FOLLOW LIKE A FAMILY DOES:

1. Keep it clean. If we use it, we clean it. We do vacuum our house and mop kitchen and bathrooms every weekend. It takes about 20 minutes only :).

2. The house is completely no smoking zone.

3. We are not very fussy, but we all expect each other to be considerate of other housemates. A good example is that we don't play loud music at night as you might be sleeping and need to get up early next day.
If you are studying, working or relaxing, we won't play loud music or TV. If we do, please let us know verbally or message :).

4. Occasional get togethers are okay. If you are hosting friends or family, let us know. We will not disturb you and let you have a good time. or else we can join you if you'd like us to :).

5. A bond worth 2 weeks rent to be paid upfront which will be returned subjected to any conditions/damages to property. Rent to be paid on time, please. If you cannot make it on time, let us know :).

6. At this point of time, we prefer individual cooking, but we occasionally do some exciting Indian cooking over the weekends, and you are more than welcome to join.
