It's a big house nice and close to Frankston beach and Bayside Shopping Centre (5 mins) with a bus stop 30 seconds up the road to get you either down the Peninsula or into Frankston. There's parking space available behind closed gates, a nice pool for summer, and garage for storage of anything you don't want taking up space inside the house. The room is upstairs with a very large shared bathroom. Kitchen, living (there's two large living areas) and outdoor areas are all communal and a mostly used for drinking/board game nights or the occasional group Netflix binge or gaming session. Only room that you need to furnish is the bedroom, and there's also office space available for a desk if needed. The room is hard to take photos of but I've included a few with previous housemates belongings to try and show how much fits in there.
