Hi I’m a 35 year old male my partner is here a lot also. I have a 3 level home with spa on the roof and view of the beach. The house is walking distance to the beach I’m friendly, clean and easy going I work in construction running my own business. You will have the second level to yourself with its own lounge, balcony bedroom, bathroom there’s two bedrooms to choose from downstairs has another lounge with tv, fireplace, kitchen, laundry another toilet.
