The propery is a beautiful old Queenslander, wooden floors, high ceilings. The room itself is fairly large, it has its own aircon, wardrobe and access to the front deck. The room is furnished with beautiful furniture however happy to negotiate moving it if need be. I live just 20 minutes from the city, have public transport near by and just 10 minutes from the Airport. ACU is also just 10 minutes away.
