Recently moved into a nice little geebung townhouse - close to the station, in a quiet complex. All areas will be furnished apart from the bedroom. The bedroom has built in wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms (one is my ensuite) but there is also an extra toilet downstairs and therefore you would not have to share a toilet with anyone else if you would not like. Internet, Netflix etc available and more than happy for you to use our stuff or bring your own :)

Current housemate moving on which means I have a room available as of the 15/6 in Zillmere which is about 5mins drive from Chermside shopping centre and 8min walk to Zillmere train station and buses. The room is decent sized, my current housemate has a king sized bed and tv set up in there and there's built in wardrobes. You'll have your own bathroom, I just ask that you keep it tidy as it is the main bathroom/laundry. Smoking is fine so long as it happens on the balcony. Hi, i currently have 1 furnished room available in a furnished three bedroom house in Banyo. The room is furnished with a queen bed, desk and chest of draws and is available for immediate move in. Bond is two weeks rent. The house backs onto the golf course so there are no neighbors at the back. The house is in a quiet area and has just had the kitchen and bathroom refurbished. There is no undercover parking but off street is available. NBN is connected. The rent is $130 per week and any bills are additional to the rent. The train is 14 minutes walk or 2 minute drive. ACU is 5 minute drive and bus stop is 11 minute walk. The brand new Woolworths shopping centre has just opened up 2 or 3 minutes drive away and is right next to the train station along with popular cafes. The bowls club is a short walk away and does great meals. House mates are currently one 42yo working, straight male that generally spends more time out and about than at home and a nursing student from Zimbabwe. Only 3 blocks from Chermside Westfield's and bus interchange and on a quiet street with no issues finding parking. Close to gyms, swimming pool, shops, parks, restaurants and bars. Sharing with 36YO guy and 29YO girl, with a 3YO Labrador who is awesome! Double room with wardrobe but can fit a queen and side table. I have marked out how much room a double bed would take up but my last flatmate had a queen, side table and small desk and made it work. The master room has an ensuite so you would be sharing a bathroom with the female. The toilet is separate and there is another toilet in the laundry. Plenty of storage space in the garage or shed.

The house is has ducted aircondition and heater, the room has a separate entrance, TV, unsuite and walk in wardrobe. It is a spacious room with separate entrance. It has also some simple cooking facility i.e. microwave and electric pan. Also bar fridge in the room. Room can come with linen/towels or without. I am close to shops literally across the road, take ways, and also close to bus stop and train.
The room available is in a townhouse, in a complex in Zillmere. The complex has a pool and tennis court for residential use. Mostly elderly people live in the complex so the noise is minimal. There IS parking, it's just less than a 2 minute walk from the house. There is a park just outside the complex, with a path through it to the 330 and 326 bus stops and Zillmere train station is a 15 minute walk away. There's many shops and take out places close by. Taigum Shopping Centre is a 20 minute walk away, and there's a 7/11, dominos and many other places a 10/15 walk away. There's also a doctors office nearby too. Westfield Chermside is less than a 10 minute drive away. There's also a courtyard out the back of the house with a clothesline. Including NBN unlimited internet! Furniture: The furniture isn't the same as the photos. The bedroom won't be furnished, but the rest of the house is (better if I may say so myself). There is a fridge, washing machine, couch, television and dining set for use, as well as dishes and any other appliances you may need. But if you have anything to bring, let me know and we can find the room or store it for you. The Bedroom: Is well-sized, can easily fit a queen bed and bedside tables with a heap of room to spare. There are built-ins spanning one wall, so plenty of storage space! There's a nice big window that provides great lighting, with good curtains that block out the light decently. There's also little noise from outside, so disruption isn't an issue. The Bathroom: Is between the two bedrooms upstairs and is shared with the one other occupant. The toilet is separate to the bathroom and the bathroom contains a shower and a bath. There's also a second toilet downstairs. The Kitchen: Includes a dishwasher. Good space and it also has an insinkerator which scared the crap out of me when I discovered it hahah Bond is $740, as well as 2 weeks rent, $370 You can be placed on the lease. Bills are paid separately. We put away $30 a fortnight for them and that's worked well for us. I am willing to sign legal documentation to contribute $20 towards your rent until the lease end in Feb, bringing the cost from $370 a fortnight down to $350.
