Our home is surrounded by lush lawn, gardens, dam and pasture, with cool tree shaded areas to relax in. The property is part of a koala corridor, and they frequent our trees. Wallabies and kangaroos are also regular visitors, and an abundance of birdlife that take advantage of the many trees and water (up to 20 wild ducks are seen on our dams daily). The bathroom is clean and modern (shared between the 2 rooms), large lounge / TV room and large modern country kitchen with open plan dining + TV entertainment area. I am a clean living, non-smoking male (in a relationship). I’m into real-food, meditation, gardening, growing vegetables and fruit, and living naturally. The property may be suitable for pets (individual assessment required). You will need your own transport. (School bus available on school days only – 300 meter walk to bus stop) 30 minutes to cycle to the nearest shopping centre. If you’re a keen gardener (and like to eat home grown veg), you’re welcome to participate in our gardening projects……...we may be able to dedicate a garden space if you want your own. So I have 1. The apartment is in a Uni based complex so there is no noise restrictions but everyone is very respectable and does their own thing. 1 x room has a balcony with a view of the yard. Including a door opening to a large cupboard space. I have put a clothes hanging rack in if needed. House includes: Decent sized lounge room with tv and comfy couch. Kitchen is slightly smaller than hoped for but very functional and has the largest pantry known to man kind. All Kitchen appliances provided (toaster, kettle, pots, pans, microwave) Washing machine provided. (shes a cheapo so she yells sometimes) No dryer as they eat electricity to much. Plus the clothes line is connected to the house so there is no dangerous mission to dodge any bindies. There is 1 parking spot allocated to us. But next to the house is 4+ additional spots for visitors or tenants for the whole complex. The previous tenants used the garage as a chill out space. With 3 couches and a bar fridge.
