The only real share place is the large and well equipped kitchen. However there is a separate fridge in your living area.

Only minutes to Southern cross university, with local bus routes, the room comes with Air Con, ceiling fan and all bills included, WiFi etc.
There is ample street parking, on a very quiet street.

The room is fully furnished and you have full access to washing machine, dryer etc.

Lovely outside area, with BBQ and trees.

Please note they’re a friendly dog or two who lives outside and comes inside during the day (not on carpet areas) and sleeps outside at night, with no other pets.
Sorry not suitable for anyone with pets.
