Gorgeous light double room to let at my home in a great location in Goonellabah, 20 minutes walk from Goonellabah Shopping village and 5 minutes walk from the lovely local park - Butterfly Gully.
The room is spacious and comfortable - fully furnished with the room containing a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and desk.
There is a large open plan kitchen and dining area as you can see from the photos and a large living room.
I have a beautiful garden outside with heaps of great citrus trees, herbs and space to grow your own veggies if you would like. Also of note is the swimming pool outside which is awesome on those hot summer days.
The house is alcohol, drug and smoke free and has a lovely, chilled out but friendly vibe. You would be sharing with 2 other housemates.
