Hello :) My name is Will. I'm a high school teacher, looking for a flatmate to share my spacious 2 bedroom apartment with. Fantastically convenient location and very comfortable lifestyle. I'm very busy with work and hobbies, so when I'm home I'm usually cooking or relaxing in front of the TV. On the quieter end of the spectrum myself and I like to keep the place tidy. The apartment is fully furnished, but you will just need to furnish the room. The room is 2.8x2.8 (not including the built in wardrobe which is an additional 65cm deep and 1.9m long with shelves, drawers and hanging rods). The complex has 8 spaces in its visitor parking and there are usually free spots. Otherwise, there is always lots of street parking. Bills came to approximately $20-$25 a person per week last year (internet, gas, electricity, water). I have two pet guinea pigs. They live in the laundry and are very cute, friendly, quiet and clean. Hi guys! First of all apologies for the current state of my apartment in the pictures, it's not usually like that! I have a townhouse with 2 private rooms for rent. They both have built in robes and a shared bathroom. There is one space available in garage parking (so first in best dressed) and street parking as well. There is also a small yard. The location is amazing! 2 minute walk from Miranda train station, 5 minutes from Westfield and a short drive to Cronulla. The place is mostly furnished in the common areas however I don't have a TV in the lounge so if you have one thats a huge bonus!
