I really enjoy living here, this property is extremely well maintained and has a security intercom at main front door, the apartment is 1st floor, there’s a secure underground parking area that has 2 parking bays, this unit faces north, the room for rent has a lockable ceiling skylight that opens and closes, rented room has a spa /shower, toilet. There’s is a 5x3 m outdoor storage yard for this unit only, there’s a small bedroom size area that can be used as storage for now until your all sorted out and unpacked, I’m not sure what to do with this room yet ( 6th pic attached ) all household appliances are supplied I’m also supplying a 52 inch tv , and tall boy draws for the rental room, unlimited internet, there’s a theatre system setup for movies, there’s good neighbours throughout the complex and I don’t want to disturb or upset anyone. Friends and family no problem but no party’s, sorry. It’s a 5 minute walk to bus stop, and a 15 minute drive to the closest train station, 20 minute drive to the beach, 15 minute drive to M5 and 15 minute drive to the M8. And a little bit 4min drive to either one of the local taverns.
