There is ample storage area in the garage if you have bikes or tools etc. The bathroom includes a bath and has a separate toilet, outdoor undercover area, wooden floor boards, great sized kitchen & cupboards. The house interior is not brand new however has been freshly painted, the floors redone and generally really well maintained.

Well, Lily the staffie and Ruby the cat are pretty special, and they come with Anne, who works part time and studies online part time. Candy is also in residence and works full time. She makes a mean cupcake! The house has reverse cycle air air conditioning and is light and bright as you can see in the photos. We are a few minutes walk from Beaumont Street, boutiques, cafes and restaurants hub, and 20 minutes walk from Darby Street, same deal. It's not just about the room, we live near Beaumont Street in central Newcastle and some of the best things about being here are that we are close to quality cafes, art galleries, active community centres, major bus routes and an easy walk to Aldi supermarket and all the inner city, beaches. The room itself is airy with a high ceiling has 24-hour WiFi. . The house catches a good sea breeze, has a 'beach-house' to it, has a back garden area and is secure. It is generally quiet, relaxed, clean, offers a good amount of personal spaces and has a very good landlord. Great little two bedroom apartment in the city close to the harbour, beaches, pubs, clubs and transport. The apartment is tri/split level with the kitchen, lounge and dining on the middle level and bedrooms down the bottom. There's a balcony off the lounge room with nice harbour views. The room itself is pretty big and comes with its own ensuite and balcony. The apartment is conveniently across the road from the new Newcastle Interchange and backs onto Hunter St. I own a washer and dryer but may lose the furniture so if you own anything that would be great! The room would suit a full-time worker. The previous housemate worked shift work and that worked fine as I work business hours Monday to Friday. Cute little unit. Fairly new. 10 minutes walk to Dixon park beach. Minutes walk to the prince, Maryellen, The Burwood and Souths. Bond says two weeks rent but it’s $780 as the whole unit is $390 pw. Once my room mate moves out a lounge will be needed. If you have one perfect if not something will be sorted. Will need your own bedroom furniture. Laundry is shared with 3 other units but I’ve never had an issue with it.
Very neat and recently renevated unit located in Broadmeadow and only a 5 minute walk to the Beaumont St cafe strip so its essentially in Hamilton. The unit has a great sized courtyard and there is some storage available. The bedroom is a good size having a double builtin wardrobe and room for a queen sized bed. A double bed and tallboy can be provided if required. Internet and Netflix connected, both available for use as long as you dont end up a permanent fixture to the couch :p

Hey there future housemate! Unfortunately our current flatmate is off on new adventures and have a room available. Our humble home is located in Merewether, great location for someone who loves the beach, pubs and food! The house is fully furnished so you just need to bring yourself and your bedroom things! It is a three bedroom house with one bathroom and a separate toilet. We have a double garage and one spot for off street parking. It is next to a massive reserve so you can frolic around if you wish, there is no grass out the back but in saying that we have a very lush courtyard which makes you feel at home! The bedroom has a built in robe and has a queen bed and side tables in there at the moment with a little bit of room to spare, if you have a double bed you would have plenty of room for a desk as well. The bedroom also looks over the lush court yard! Measurements - Room - 295m x 265m, Wardrobe - 125m x 50m Rent is paid weekly ($175) which includes unlimited interwebs, utility bills are paid every 3 months which is split between three.

2 super chill housemates that both work full time, friendly household (but we respect people’s space), super close to pubs and shops, dinner is cooked most nights. Male housemate is 23, into gaming and a bit dopey but super nice. Female housemate is 21, enjoys quiet drinks on a weekend, into gaming and can sort of surf. She’s a bit sassy sometimes but she’s a top Sheila with a bit of common sense so she makes up for the other half of the household...
Absolutely gorgeous federation-style house with a backyard in Cooks Hill with wooden floorboards and high ceilings. House will be furnished but not bedrooms. Looking for roomies who are independent but enjoy occasional family dinners and having a cheeky wine (G&T's also accepted) in the evenings. Definitely not a party house.
