House is in a very quiet street in Hamilton which makes it close to just about everything, 8mins from beach, 5min from Newy CBD and 6min from Westfield Kotara, room is also available now!
3 Bedrooms with one being yours is queen sized with a wardrobe. Large spacious rooms with 2 bathrooms the main having a large bath and shower, Very large joint dining room and kitchen.
Kitchen is fully set up for cooking but with plenty of space to add extra cookware, however it is lacking a normal size fridge and will be looking to get one in the future.
The house has fully ducted Air-conditioning which I can say from experience is also very quiet when used at night.
Backyard is small very easy to maintain, , but still gets a plenty of sun, with a clothes line. Parking on street is free in this area, while also having a garage which I'm happy to share.
Whoever is moving in will have to be added to the lease, its part of the real estates deal.
Also flexible on the listed rent price as I will be looking for a third person to stay as well, so if you have a friend in mind we can also talk about them joining to.
