This is a good size room with lots of cupboard space, timber floors and ceiling fan. It easily fits a queen bed. The rest of the house has multiple spaces to hang out and a great kitchen for cooking and extra large fridge. No need to worry about bills as the rent includes all expenses including unlimited internet. There are two girls and their dogs currently sharing the space.
Lily and Ruby's place is a home for pet lovers, and who couldn't love these two (see photos). The property is in Position, Position, Position. We're just round the corner from Beaumont Street, eat, drink, shop, enjoy. Public transport is easy to access and if you're studying takes you to the City Campus - that bus also takes you close to the other eat, drink, shop, enjoy street, Darby Street. There are also buses to Callaghan Campus. I have Netflix, reverse cycle air conditioning and a second fridge for my flatmates' supplies. Hamilton is a leafy suburb with plenty of trees and bird life. I often wake to Kookaburras. I have a bbq and two courtyards. We three need to pitch in with the cleaning, something Lily and Ruby don't do.

We are super close to parks and cycle paths. 5 minute walk to Beaumont street and Hamilton Station. 10 minute walk to the grocers (or 3 minute drive) There is space down the side of the house for parking (although we may have to play car shuffels sometimes) or there is plenty of on-street parking. The house has 3 bedrooms but ideally want to only rent 1 room out to a single ($200) or a couple ($250). you can have your pick of the two rooms. Both fairly big but no furnishings. The third room we can keep as a spare/second lounge/gym room ect. Price includes all bills. There is aircon/heatpump in the lounge.

The property is an apartment block in wickham right next to the newcastle interchange making the commute into town, university and sydney a breeze. All common furniture is included and there is also 2 awesome balconies where we usually spend most of our time. TV, dining table, fridge, and cooking utensils amongst other furnishings are for yours to use freely. The unit is up one flight of stairs and then the unit itself is spread over two floors. Common downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.
Super cute place and fully furnished (other than the available room). Close to town, uni, and the beach. Wifi, Netflix, air conditioning and a small yard all available. We do have a dog! So an animal lover is important. We are two females 25 and 23. Both students who work full-time as an accountant and disability support worker, so although we want someone who is willing to make some new friends and have a wine, we also need some quiet time to study (:
A quiet professional/ respectful housemate is required to share my three bedroom fully furnished house. The room is fully furnished with built in wardrobes, ceiling fan, new carpet and queen size bed. The neighbourhood is quiet with plenty of parking in this great inner city location which is close to all the amenities. The utilities would be shared (gas, electricity, water ) Unlimited wi-fi included in the rent. Would prefer a working person/student. The room will be available mid September. Inspections are available and sorry it is not a pet friendly yard...
It a great place to live, the house is small but definitely not cramped. The bathroom will be shared but its got a great shower and bath. The kitchen is modern and very easy to use. The bedroom is a decent size for you to put a double bed in but doesnt have any built in wardrobes. The place is fully furnished, so bedroom furniture is all you shall require.
