Ideally December 20 would be my last working day, so would prefer to have someone move in over that weekend, although happy to do it a week earlier if better suited. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer, washing machine and all kitchen appliances. Nice sunny apartment, although the room does not have windows, so it is nice and dark when you want to sleep. Not too far from town and shopping centres, and Beaumont street is a close walk for food or coffee. There is also a cafe at the entrance so can come in really handy on some mornings before work. The TV has Netflix, and there are two car parking spots assigned to the apartment although these are currently both used by the girls. Outdoor barbecue which is awesome for cooking on the warmer afternoons too.
