Looking for someone to fill my flatmates room in a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom share house just off Beaumont Street! Racheal will be moving out and need filled asap, room will be unfurnished and available the 30th of Jan (could be sooner) $165 per week bills not included.
You will be living with 3 other legends, 2 boys and 1 girl and share a bathroom with only 1 person.
You will taking Racheals room in the middle of the house. It's quite a spacious room, currently fits a queen bed, desk, drawers and an arm chair, you will only have to share a bathroom with one other housemate! The room will be unfurnished but the house is stocked up with everything you would need, free on street parking but we also have a driveway that fits 2-3 cars.

We are a little family in this house! We love having dinners, BBQs and movie nights and a sneaky beer on Beaumont Street. We are all in our early/mid 20s
and all love hanging out with each other but are also respectful of each others space and time. Fez works early mornings during the week and sometimes on weekends, so as much as we love a good time we are respectful during the week of their early mornings. We are looking for someone who preferably works during the week, loves a good time but is also clean and respectful of others in the house.
There is also a cool little dude who lives with us named Bruno. He is Hamish's cat, you don't see much of him but he is a sweetie, so you must be cat friendly and unfortunately we cannot have any more pets at the property.
