We have a great house in a great area. The sort of place where you can hop down to the local park at midnight and play on the swings, free as a bird (just make sure to confer with me first so our swing-visits don't clash). Our house is on a cul-de-sac so very little road traffic. The room overlooks the back garden and will be regularly visited by the household cat - no extra charge for this service. We split most bills evenly, but you will get -free- access to Netflix under this roof. The house has been a shared house for many years and if you're lacking any bits of furniture, we can almost certainly dig it out of the shed. We are close to the Magill campus of Adelaide uni, as well as to two supermarkets and various fast food places. There are two bus routes within a couple minutes' walk that will get you to the city.

Cute second-story apartment close to the city and in a quiet building. Large rooms with lots of natural light and views of the Adelaide hills. 15 minute go zone bus stop located a 3 minute walk away. Close drive or Uber to the city! As the flat is fully furnished (but the room available) this will best suit someone with only bedroom furniture as there is not space for extra furniture. Update: I am looking for someone who can extend the lease with me from september to Start of December. You can move in after july 25th. My lease is till september first week and will be extending if I find a reasonable flatmate to share with. This townhouse is located in campbelltown with 1 min walk to bus stand and 2 min walk to supermarket, bank, vegetable and meat shop etc. There are two bedrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom upstairs. An additional toilet is available downstairs as well. The neighbourhood is very nice and quiet. It is just 10 min drive from city centre. The house is furnished with all the basic needs but not excellently furnished. There is flexibility in the length of stay. The rent inclides internet and water charges. Electricity and gas bills will be divided equally which are also very low.

My house is old and rustic, but quaint. The house has a massive backyard and two sheds which could be turned into studios. I am growing veggies out the front, and the house has a lot of natural light. The spare room available faces the leafy backyard with views of Adelaide Hills. Shared bathroom with seperate toilet. I have a solar panel hanging on the washing line, which chargers most of my portable electronics. Helps with the power bill and overall really great to live with.
