About the property

The property is a 2022 new-build house with quality appliances. We live close to Glynde corner, with supermarkets, a servo, brewery, maccas and pub all within walking distance. There are a 3 different bus routes close to the house that lead to the city & parade.

There are two spacious rooms available with a large built in wardrobe and ducted air-conditioning available.

There are 2.5 bathrooms so you'll only be sharing with one other housemate.

There is a large double garage where we occasionally play ping pong. We have a shared washer and a dryer that we rarely need to use thanks to an outdoor clotheslines. We also have a brand new dishwasher, a large shared food fridge and excellent Weber bbq.

We mostly just clean up after ourselves, but may implement a cleaning roster if we need to.

As the owner, If there are any major issues with the house I try and get them fixed ASAP. We pay bills as we get them.

Hi, I'm Lochie and the owner of the house. I'm 28, work in sport and currently passionate about building a startup. I play footy for Adelaide Uni, and enjoy having a few beers on weekends. Always keen to chuck on some good tunes, play a game of Fifa and cook a shared BBQ for the house. Currently training for a half-marathon and keen amateur runner.

I've recently moved back from London and enjoy travelling . Looking for someone who is keen to be sociable within the house for dinners or outings, but can also enjoy their own downtime and schedule. 32yo or under preferable.
