The large new gas cooktop and oven/grill ensure multiple students can cook dinner simultaneously. The open-plan living/dining room is spacious, allowing multiple students to have dinner together, chat, and share a meal without tripping over each other, or host a dinner party with all housemates or guests.

There's a fridge and laundry space with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The family room is designed for hanging out and taking a much-needed break from studies. With split system heating and cooling in each room and the living room, you'll be comfortable all year round. Retreat to your bedroom for a private place to study.

There's plenty of space in the pagoda and a huge backyard where you can hang out and play badminton with housemates or friends without disturbing others. There are two shared bathrooms and toilets on each floor, with showers and bathtubs. An extra toilet is located on the ground floor for convenience. If you love riding, consider buying a bike and cruising to uni while saving money and staying fit. Shops are nearby for groceries and takeaway.
