Reluctantly I have to move out as I am going traveling. So my room is up for grabs, as soon as July. (unfurnished) This property is huge. Loads of room with a massive backyard and even an aircon. We are right around the corner from Broadway Ave, where you'll find gyms, fish and chips shops and supermarkets. We also live about a 10-minute walk away from Ruthven Station, on the South Morang Line which will take you to Preston Market, the MCG, and even the city. No pool, but we can promise to whip out the blow-up pool in the summer and chill out in between that and the sunroom. Lots of places for storage including a long driveway, garage, shed and storage in the laundry. Bills will just be divided up between the three of us. They obviously fluctuate, but the Optus bill is generally $60 a month for unlimited internet. It isn't the most flash place but we'll guarantee the company and low price will make up for it.
