I have 1 large room for rent in this large 3 bedroom house. Price includes electricity, gas, internet and gardening maintenance. The house is furnished, the bedroom is empty. The large bedroom measures 3.3 X 4M and has a full wall mirrored built in wardrobe with a set of drawers in inside the wardrobe. 10min walk to Normanhurst or Waitara train stations (i do it in 10, but walking speeds vary...). Bus stop to Hornsby is about 100M walk. There is off street parking on the property for everyone but it is not undercover. There is a garage but it is used by me for my car etc, there would be enough room to store a bicycle or few small things, but nothing large. The kitchen has an electric stove/oven and a dishwasher. The loungeroom / dining is combined and has reverse cycle air-conditioning and gas heating. The bathroom will be shared with one female. It's a nice quiet location with a decent front and back yard. All the rooms are wired for foxtel, but not currently subscribed. Would be open to discussing getting this setup for extra. Looking for clean, respectful, easy going people.
