Hi there, my name is Grant.
Ideally, I am looking for a flatmate that works full time and is low maintenance. The room is for a single person. Please note this room has an adjoining WC as an additional feature.
Having said that, as a semi-retired Builder I am house proud and keep the house and property in top shape.
The house is a happy one, my existing tenant has been here for years.
I enjoy boating and fishing on the Hawkesbury River in the National Park close by when time allows.
