This is a great house for sharing.There are so many different spaces in the house to relax with 2 loungerooms, a side verandah, an undercover entertaining area at the back and a sunroom. The side verandah overlooking the frangipanis probably my favourite place to have a coffee and relax. The house is 3 bedroom plus the sunroom and a large downstairs rumpus. It also has a workshop area off the garage, awesome for building enthusiasts, or the creative. The house is is a quiet street, away from the traffic of Blunder Rd. There is unlimited internet access available. The fairly large kitchen has a dishwasher and lots of cupboard space. The lounge/dining upstairs has aircon, and one of the 2 free bedrooms has a ceiling fan.Only one bathroom (but I am not a girl who spends lots of time in there) but it has a shower and a bath; and the toilet is separate to the bathrooom. 5 min walk to 100 bus to city or change at Park Rd for UQ buses. 10 min drive 10 Oxley train station. Aldi, Blunder Rd Fruit market, butcher, Chemist warehouse, Dan Murphy's, bulk billing doctors and 7-11 all only 10min walk away. Must love animals as the house comes with it's only fur creation unit -my dog- and my elderly cat. Don't be scared by my being 37.
