Hey y’all! So, we are a pretty chill, queer-friendly house-hold, living super close to Beaumont Street is great for lazy weekend brunches or late night takeaways. The neighbourhood is more family less party houses, though we have several pubs close by. We have a backyard, which has a pond full of fishes and hopefully coming soon will be a veggie garden of sorts- as long as I don't accidentally kill the plants. Also, have a firepit and some outdoor furniture- though always is room for more. The backyard has a shed- which is lockable and great for storage, right now my crafting supplies live there but still loads of room. We have a pretty big bathroom, with a fancy spa bath and a shower. Fans are in all the rooms and there is an abundance of powerpoints. The kitchen is pretty open and has good storage space and our kitchen table is extendable and we have got about 8 people around it. The lounge room is where the TV, Netflix, Chromecast all live, along with an abundance of books.

The location really is pretty awesome, we're walking distance to beaumont street and the stadium. I have a bbq so I'm hoping to use that a little more coming into summer too. There's only a small amount of grassed area so the lawn maintenance isn't too bad either.

This wonderful central location will have you positioned close to everything you could possibly need! The room itself is a good size and offers a built in wardrobe. The house (actually a large townhouse) has ducted air conditioning. We are a stones throw to Darby St, so grabbing a burger at the Exchange or go for a walk for the many coffee options is a little too convenient! On street parking, I've always managed to get a spot right out the front. It is metered during the day but if you work a 9-5 job it's a non issue we've found. All other house furniture is provided so you only need your bedroom furniture. If you have any questions please do ask because we may be able to come up with a solution. The kitchen is a good size and comes with a dishwasher and a gas stove top. The microwave and fridge are already there and we have another fridge in the garage. Ange just got a new lounge and there is a big dining table that we never use. There is a small courtyard at the front. Rent is a great price for our location!
