The kitchen has a fridge, cutlery, crockery etc. The remaining bedroom has an extra large built-in robe extending across the wall, block out curtains, blinds, ceiling fan, double bed and mattress (can be removed if you have your own furniture). The bathroom and kitchen are renovated, and there are large windows throughout and brand new reverse-cycle air conditioning. Unlimited NBN is included in the rent. The house is located on Maitland Road, with a bus stop right outside the door and a park across the road. It's a walk to supermarkets, shops, cafes and pubs. The CBD is 10 mins away, uni is even closer and the Mater Hospital is 3 mins away. The neighbours say hello and look out for each other and there's a partially grassed area out the back.

Hello! Unfortunately one of our housemates is leaving us and we are looking for someone new! Our humble abode is a two story town house located just down the road from Beaumont street. We are also nice and close to train and bus stations which is very convenient. The house is pretty modern with ducted air conditioning and 2.5 bathrooms. The bedroom is upstairs and has a built in wardrobe. The upstairs bathroom is a good size with both a shower and a bath and has a separate toilet which you would be sharing with one other housemate. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the house is. But if you have something you would like to bring for the rest of the house that should be fine too :)

The house is on a quiet street. It has a great front verandah and nice backyard, with existing vege plots if you want to garden. The house itself has great natural light and is airy. There is a separate lounge room, separate dining room and kitchen so you can shut doors between rooms if you have friends around. The bedroom is big.
