We have a lovely courtyard and lawn out the back fully in closed. Also have a shed to store car or things. I do own a dog and two cats. Cats outside during the day very chilled. Dog is adorable. So anyone applying must get along with animals. Also anyone applying has to be neat and tidy and able to clean up after themselves. I cannot stress this enough.
