The room itself is quite small, hence the nice low price. It is well made though with good storage. Namely the cube storage on one wall, and a closet with hanger built into one of the walls. I opted for a big bed that takes up most of the room and then one more set of drawers and a bedside table and it suited be well for the 3 years I’ve lived here. It gets really nice afternoon light.
The rest of the house is very nice with a lovely and private backyard. The kitchen has a large island and all the necessary kitchen things haha. Upstairs is where the other 3 rooms are and a living room. As well as a nice balcony!

About the flatmates
Hi I’m moving out of my room here and want to find someone looking for a room at a great place in the heart of newcastle, to fill my old room for the next couple of months (at minimum).
Your flatmates would currently be 3 guys in there mid 20s with interests in rockclimbing, travel, ocean swimming and science.
They are open minded and friendly people hoping for flatmates that are the similar.
1 has just finished his engineering degree and is currently away travelling, another is still studying aerospace engineering. The other is also looking to move out so I’m not exactly sure who your last housemate will be sorry!
