This is predominantly a student house and living here is very laid back and welcoming. Its a good size share house for students and we have a decent size backyard with a perfect outdoor area. The house comes with the essentials of course; Aircon, Internet, Foxtel, with washing and drying machines available. Although these amenities are not included in the weekly rent We are not a party house but we love to have friends over to socialise. Not many house rules or terms of conditions, except in term of cleaning you must take initiative around the house and clean up after yourself. so that being said, looking forward to hearing from you :)

A cute pink house in Subi. It has 3 bedrooms, two housemates (myself and my italian housemate) and one sausage dog! The pink house, as it is affectionately known, is Subi heritage listed and likely used to be a shop - with the living space having two beautiful large windows and lots of lovely natural light. One of the lovely features of the house is its wonderful backyard - fig tree, citrus trees and a passionfruit vine included. The house is in a really central spot - train to the city is 15 minutes and only a 5 minute walk to the train station. You can also get the bus to the city which is about 20 minutes. Coles and a lovely private owned grocers down the road - 5 minutes walk. Not far from Kings Park for a walk in the evening. Also 12 minutes drive to Swanbourne beach! The bedroom you would be renting is at the front of the house and it is very large - easily fit a king sized bed. It has two lovely windows facing the front verandah which has a lovely tree to look out on (and provides privacy). It also has a beautiful old feature fire place. A desk would be available for the room if you would like it. Otherwise all other furniture would have to be supplied.

Im looking for someone only for two months. The best of this apartment is the location. It's well located as it's just by Rokeby Road. Pubs, restaurants, Coles, Woolworths ,gyms, bottle shops, fuel stations, bus stop are a waking distances. Super close to the city, also the complex is super quite. Netflix is available, the place is clean and there is double bed available if needed.

There is a modern kitchen(including dishwasher,stone benchtops) with open space living area with air con. There is a washer/dryer in unit as well. There is a nice private patio out back with a table and BBQ. The room has a large built in robe and will accommodate a double bed comfortably. Golden Choice), shopping stores, post, theater, restaurants, cafes and public transportation (three blocks from Subiaco Station). The building and unit are new and modern, it has elevators and parking spots. The flat is fully furnished and equipped (TV, washing and drying machines, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, etc... see pictures), the available room is quite big, has its own bathroom, bed and mattress, drawers, in-built wardrobe, and a mirror. The location is awesome, 10minute walk to Shenton park train station, bus stop out front the house to either Fremantle or stirling, 10minutes walk to Kings Park, shops 7 minutes walk away. The room is a massive loft essential as it is a private upstairs room and it has an ensuite :) the room has a couch and a bar fridge that can stay if you choose. The living area is spacious and inviting, and always tidy. The kitchen is oddly shaped but has everything you need.
