The house is in a really central spot - train to the city is 15 minutes and only a 7 minute walk to the train station. You can also get the bus to the city which is about 20 minutes. Coles and a lovely private owned grocers down the road - 5 minutes walk. On saturdays there are farmers markets literally 3 minute walk away - has beautiful fresh veggies and yummy baked goods! It's really close to the good part of Subi. The top end that's close to good coffee, the best wine bar in the hood and the farmers markets. Also, it's a 5 min walk to the grocery store and public transport is super close. Great if you have to get to UWA for Uni. Kings Park is also just around the corner and if you're keen for a wander, you can even walk into the city.
