This is a large house in a great location at a reasonable price. All bedrooms are large so everyone has plenty of their own space. The two rooms for lease are: Bedroom A is the larger of the two, has bay windows, wooden floorboards and an inactive fire place. Bedroom B has a built in wardrobe and air-con, is carpeted and has a fire place as well as bay windows. Rent is $180 for each room with bills split evenly between everyone. Fully occupied the house will be 5 bedrooms with 5 people in total. This location gives you walking access to Rokeby road cafes and restaurants, grocery shopping, pharmacies, gyms, Kings Park, etc. SCGH and UWA are a short bus ride away (or you can cycle safely through Kings Park to get there). Wembley is situated close to the city and also the beach. The house is quiet and has a great vibe to it . People love staying here and always stay long term. There are numerous bus stops that take you directly in to the city, UWA, Fremantle and the beach. There is a park opposite the house, a gym, shops and coffee places in walking distance. Herdsman lake is at the end of the street which is great for exercising! Wembley is a very friendly suburb of Perth. The room you will be renting is fully furnished and very spacious with a large desk, chest of drawers, built in robe and timber flooring. Linen can be supplied if necessary.
