A cute pink house in Subi. It has 3 bedrooms, two housemates (myself and my french housemate) and one sausage dog! The pink house, as it is affectionately known, is Subi heritage listed and likely used to be a shop - with the living space having two beautiful large windows and lots of lovely natural light. One of the lovely features of the house is its wonderful backyard - fig tree, citrus trees and a passionfruit vine included. The house is in a really central spot - train to the city is 15 minutes and only a 5 minute walk to the train station. You can also get the bus to the city which is about 20 minutes. Coles and a lovely private owned grocers down the road - 5 minutes walk. Not far from Kings Park for a walk in the evening. Also 12 minutes drive to Swanbourne beach! The bedroom you would be renting is at the back of the house and it is large - easily fit a king sized bed. It has a lovely window and has a beautiful old feature fire place. A bed, bedside table and open wardrobe would be available for the room if you would like it.
Master bedroom available in spacious, renovated 1930s Wembley home. We're looking for friendly, relaxed housemates, preferably aged between 20 and 35. The house is a fifteen minute walk to Subiaco, and a short drive or bus ride into the city or to the beach. Right around the corner there's a 24 hour IGA and what is probably the best little suburban bar in Perth. House is open and spacious, with classic high ceilings keeping it cool in summer. With two living areas and a front and back verandah there is plenty of space to relax. Includes the essential luxuries like a dishwasher and unlimited wi-fi internet.
I'm helping my housemates find someone (guy or gal) to move into my room when I move out in January. It's a simple ol' house in a great location and close to pretty much everything. There is an 83 and 84 bus stop about 20m from the front door. 3 bdr with a huge lounge/living space and separate shower/bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom is very big and has so much room for activities. It will come furnished unless requested. There are also 2 sheds in the backyard for storing extra stuff. Rent of $180 a week also covers all of the bills and the house Netflix account. The house is pet friendly but there won't be any pets in the house. The move in date is pretty much anytime in January.

It’s an upstairs bedroom (pictured) with lots of light, you'll be sharing a bathroom with one other girl. Room is ideal for someone working in the city - the bus stop is at the end of the street and takes you straight into the city in 10 minutes. Additionally, very close to UWA if you are still studying. Also walking distance to heaps of bars and cafes. We have a pool and a great backyard area so it’s a good house for summer. The room is available to move in as soon as possible!

The best part about the place would be that there are two decent-sized living areas so you can have your own space and it's close to public transport servicing the CBD, or a stroll into Subi or the edge of the free transit zone on King's Park Road.
