The house is in a great location with Subi train station and Wembley IGA both within walking distance. The bus stop is on the next street with frequent busses to the CBD and city beach. There is a second parking bay if you have a car however it maybe more convenient to park on the street (plenty of spaces and permit available) as the bays are behind each other.
