I'm just moving into a new flat in Subiaco and am looking for a roommate for the second bedroom. There is a modern kitchen(including dishwasher,stone benchtops) with open space living area with air con. There is a washer/dryer in unit as well. There is a nice private patio out back with a table and BBQ. The room has a large built in robe and will accommodate a double bed comfortably. It is close to buses, train, and the center of Subiaco with all kind of cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops. There is both parking on & off street(I don't mind if you would like the dedicated spot as I don't use my car that much). I'll be bringing my tv as well for the living room and I have a netflix account.
This is a modern apartment in the new Subiaco precinct! 200m from Subiaco train station, coffee stip, Woolworths, Coles and shops. Hi there! Our epic housemate Jack is moving overseas therefore there's a spacious and beautiful bedroom available in Wembley's cutest house! The location is perfect as Subi, Leederville, the freeway, UWA and especially the beach are all short distance. The room is unfurnished aside from a 2 door wardrobe but maybe Jack would be interested in passing on his own. Quiet and friendly neighborhood and really well connected with transport. The house has a great vibe and even though everyone has his own busy schedule we like to share a laugh and a chat.
