One bedroom with a private ensuite. The room has a king sized bed (with linen and pillows) and one night stand. Theres one small closet and one large closet. Underground parking available. Rent does include wifi but does not include electricity/water - I would propose halving the bill or something less if you work FIFO or aren't home much. I have the apartment until end of July - I'm hoping to renew but if we get on really well and have to vacate the space I'd be happy to find a shared space together afterwards. Also happy if you're on holiday and just looking for a place to stay for a few months.
Building facilities include a swimming pool, spa, gym, sauna, steam room, party room, indoor theatre, and outdoor theatre. There is parking available for your car and/or bike. Walking distance to the local train station and plenty of bus stops in the neighbour hood. Easy access to popular bike trails to commute around the city. The apartment is located just off of the swan river with the back doors going directly onto the river.
