The house is close to shops and transport, buses or train. Coles is 800m down the road. A bus stop about the same. The neighbours are quite and in the older generation so most of them are retired and keep an eye on things when I'm not home. The house isn't huge but it is cosy, fully insulated with a new kitchen and hot water system. Eventually the toilet and bathroom will get done. We have a large water tank at the back for washing cars, two areas of undercover clothslines or a dryer. The house has a large patio at the back, enclosed carport at the front and offroad parking beside the house. I have unlimited NBN and all the creature comforts in the loungeroom for entertaining including Netflix, Stan and Fetch. The house is fully equipped with everything like towels, blankets, sheets, kitchen pots and pans, utensils ect but I'd prefer for you to bring your own towels, blankets, sheets etc. The house has fans in every room and reverse cycle aircon in the loungeroom, though I very rarely turn it on. The house is in a great street with great neighbors. Very secure safe home and very safe neighborhood. The gardens are beautiful, the house is clean and tidy and there is plenty of room in the kitchen with 2 big fridges and heaps of cupboard space. It’s a 3 bedroom duplex near the end of a cul de sac in a very quiet area. The house is only about 12 months old I would like to consider rather than a room to rent but s house to share I am a 58 year old retiree with a live for the water.
