About the flatmates
I've been renting a near new 3 bedroom duplex for about 4 years. A quiet area where the houses are all nearly new. I have one other person boarding with me for 6 months. He would be happy to give references about his stay here.
The room has a queen-sized bed, celling fan, desk, 40-inch tv, A leather chair and plenty of wardrobe space. Using headphones is preferred, there are high quality JBL Bluetooth headphones to use for free. It looks out over the yard and open countryside. There is plenty of room.
The room comes with a bathroom . It has a shower, bathtub, and toilet.
The duplex has several TVs and 2 projectors for large screen movie watching. It includes fast and free 100mbs optic fibre internet. Power is free, the air conditioner also heats in winter. It can be used as much as you want. Triple lock modern safety screens throughout, so very secure.
There is also a second living room which was converted from a garage. This has been soundproofed, so the projector or tv and surround sound system can be used without bothering the others.
There is a double sized fridge with plenty of room. The kitchen has an air fryer, a Breville Barista coffee machine, and a water filter giving hot and cold water. There is also a modern washing machine and dish washer. There is a separate pantry for the tenant.
This is close to the uni at Petrie, the bus is almost at the door to Kallangur train station. Woolies is 5 minutes walk away. Costco is close by for cheap groceries.
There is a gym station with many different possible exercises, to use for free.
