I am a 49 year old gay male, recently out of a long term relationship. I am self employed and I study fulltime. I am a non smoker, I don't drink, smoke or use illegal substances. I run a clean and tidy house. I have pet cats that keep to themselves.
Part of my job is being in a gym, so thats where I spend a lot of my time. Especially since becoming single.
I don't mind if my next housemate is LGBTQIA+ or an ally. Respect goes a long way.
I want someone to be on the lease with me, I want them to live here, not just share the place if that makes sense. Id like us both to breathe.
