Commuting to key areas is pretty straightforward and buses are available near Woolworths at the end of the street, about 7minutes walk. The house has ducted gas heating in the floor for winter and ducted evaporative cooling in the roof for summer. Both are pretty amazing. Short walk to Mt Taylor which is also nice.
