About the property

Available from mid-February. The room is about 3m X 4m, with a large window to the back/side of the house, and a built-in robe. I currently have a bed and two bedside tables and lamps in there if that's of use. There is a main bathroom which would primarily be used by the renter (and any guests) as my room has an ensuite. The house is spacious for two people with a backyard and sizeable deck. There's also a smaller third room/study and four car garage if storage is required. Plenty of parking as well. There's also evaporative heating and central cooling, electric stovetop, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and solar electricity recently installed. I currently dogsit a very friendly labrador as well for the foreseeable future.

About the flatmates

Easy going single guy. I've lived in Canberra for 13 years now, and here in Kambah for 7. I work from partly from home and partly on the road, and I travel to Sydney on and off fairly regularly.

Prior to buying, I always shared when rented and have tended to get along pretty well with housemates. Enjoy hanging out with friends/housemates but I can also appreciate the need for privacy. Like having a few drinks or going out for dinners, hikes etc. on weekends. During the week I'm a bit more routine, try to cook fairly often, go to the gym and tend to just chill out with a book or movie.

Looking to get someone in to have some company around the house and split bills and such.
