The double glazed windows means it's a very thermally efficient home, and the ducted gas/air-conditioning/bedroom ceiling fan options means that it's comfortable all year round.
Located close to the golf course and surrounding bushland means it's also a very quiet location with plenty of parking on and off the street.
There are three living areas to choose between including the lounge room, sun room and kitchen/dining (each with the ability to close off doors).
The backyard is currently under development since the new unit arrived, however i am hoping to have an operational veggie garden in the near future.

About the flatmates
I like to think my home is a place where everyone feels welcome.
I'm a 53 year old mother of two (now) very independent young men, and am self-employed as a somatic communication teacher/therapist, and semi-retired tradeswoman. I have just moved into a newly built granny flat in the backyard and I've also recently re-partnered which means I'm not home every night. So this means my house has become pretty quiet, and my dog is missing having others around. So it seems the right time to extend a welcome to some new housemates.
I've hosted others in my home for nearly 10 years now and enjoy the sense of community that a shared environment creates. It's a home where there is flexibility in living spaces so each person can enjoy their independence and/or connect. The house is also very conveniently located next to the golf course and local bushland so there's plenty of outdoor space for exercise/recreation.
I am looking for housemates who would like to part of a warm family style flexible living environment. Preferable someone who has lived independently previously who has learnt to be respectful of others privacy and share household chores. I am also keen to have someone who likes animals who might enjoy playing with my 8yr old Labrador/kelpie sometimes.
