Our house is SO close to Victoria Uni, St. Albans Campus, train stations, bus stations, only a short drive to Watergardens shopping centre and only a 5 minute walk from coles and Kmart! Our house is a 4 bedroom house with the 4th bedroom currently being used as a spare. Rent is only $485.33 a month with bills being split as they come in. Internet is also due around rent (which is the 8th of every month) and that, if you wish to use it, is $33 a month. There is also a bond of $346 which you will receive back if you ever decide to move on. The property is located on quite a big block of land and there is a huge shed outside. The house is pet friendly, however, we already do have some pets here so we would have to speak further about that. Our house is a very open house, we aren't the type of house to lock doors and keep to ourselves. We will have chats whenever we see each other and we have built up a level of trust which makes it feel as though you're coming home to family. The house is fully furnished EXCEPT for the bedroom.
