Hi future housemate. I am currently looking to fill my spare bedroom in a 2 bedroom plus study apartment. The room is unfurnished and comes with plenty of storage space, ceiling fan and electric heater. The unit comes fully furnished with an on-site communal gym, gated complex with intercom access for visitors and secure underground parking. There are a range of great quality facilities at your door step including nearby Keilor Downs Plaza, 10minutes to Watergardens Shopping Complex, Brimbank Park and Green Gully Reserve are both only a 5minute walk away and the unit is in close proximity to City, freeway access and public transport. All utilities (water, electricity, internet, Netflix, fetch tv) plus cleaning and use of appliances (washer, dryer etc.) are included in weekly rent. You will only need to clean your own bedroom. My future flatmate must love dogs as I have a 9 year old greyhound who is very much part of the family and spends most of his time inside the unit. He is very sociable, laid back and is always up for cuddles but his only downfall is that he does malt. The current lease on the property is due to expire at the start of June 2018. I love this place! balcony out the front and out the back with amazing views. only side neighbours, no houses out the front or out the back, surrounded by gorgeous parkland. the house itself is quite rustic, farmhouse like. will be filled with appliances. You will have your own bedroom and the central bathroom to yourself, as i will have my ensuite and will be the only one living there with you. I don't have wifi connected as yet, as i hotspot when i get the chance to actually sit down and watch some netflix, if i get a housemate i am happy to discuss wifi and split costs

There are lots of parklands around. We have a nice backyard with a deck that overlooks parkland. The view is beautiful! The Maribyrnong river is literally 2 min walk! Perfect spot for a run by the river or to go fishing. We don't have a dog at the moment but we are dog friendly, so if you have one you are welcome to bring him/her with you. We all love dogs! The backyard is not huge but it's good enough for a dog and theres parks everywhere around here. It's a dog's paradise! Cats are welcome too :) This is not a party house, although beers after work on the deck is awesome and we do enjoy going out sometimes on the weekend and having friends around. Rent is $180 p/w (including all bills, unlimited internet, Netflix). $360 bond. Couples welcome! For couples the price is $280 (including all bills, unlimited internet, Netflix). $560 bond.
